New Santosh Auto Spares is located at Zero Mile in Barauni. It is a spot where a lot of drivers stop because of the location. We carry a lot of different parts for cars and trucks. The shelves are packed with boxes, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. It is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. There is always a layer of oil and dust on the counter. We spend the day talking to mechanics and people whose vehicles have broken down nearby. Being at Zero Mile means we see a lot of people passing through. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we just remember what is in stock or check the back room. The building isn't much to look at, just a functional shop with a big shutter. When the weather is bad, the front area gets a bit muddy. We usually have some tea going and a few stools for people to sit on while they wait. It is not a high-end showroom. We just sell the parts people need to get back on the road.
