We are over here at Kali Asthan Chowk in Begusarai. It is a busy spot. To find us, you have to go down Dr. A.K. Rai Gali, which is right by Dr. Krishna Kumar’s place. It isn't a fancy office, just a workspace where we handle the medicine supplies. Most days involve checking lists and making sure the boxes are ready to go out. The street can get pretty crowded with bikes and people, so things take a bit longer sometimes. We’ve been set up here for a while now. It’s mostly just a few of us in the back handling the orders. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. It gets quite hot in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. Some people call us on the phone to check if their stuff is ready, and we tell them to come down the lane. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated. We focus on getting the right items to the shops around town and nearby areas. It is straightforward work. Sometimes the delivery guys are late because of the traffic at the main crossing, but that’s just how it is in Begusarai. We try to keep things organized despite the small space we have to work with. There are a lot of doctors nearby, so we stay busy enough. There is always someone coming in or out with a clipboard.
