Our team works out of Barauni in the Begusarai district for Mcnally Bharat Engg. Company Ltd. This is an industrial area, so our office is more of a site headquarters than a polished corporate space. We deal with a lot of engineering and construction tasks, which means there’s always a bit of a mess and plenty of noise. You will see people in hard hats and boots walking in and out all day. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and managing the logistics for the local projects. We eat our lunch together and talk about the challenges we face on the site. It is not a glamorous life, but it is honest work that keeps us busy. We have a good group of people here who understand the local conditions. We just take things one day at a time and try to handle the problems that pop up without making a big deal out of it.
