Majestic Developer

We are located in the Pokheria area of Begusarai, which is a pretty standard neighborhood in Bihar. The office is over at the place belonging to Syed Ali Imam, and it is a simple setup for a developer business. People in the town know where we are, so we do not really need to do much to get noticed. Most of our days are spent talking to folks about land or checking on how the latest building project is coming along. It gets very dusty here, especially during the dry months, and there is always a layer of it on the windows. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we can spread out maps and land papers. It is not a quiet place, as there is always someone coming in to ask a question or a worker coming back from a site. We do not use any complicated software or have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just know the local land and how to get things built around here. The power goes out quite often, so we have a generator that makes a lot of noise, but it gets the job done eventually. We just keep things moving one day at a time, dealing with the local authorities and the people in the community without any big fuss or polished corporate attitude. It is just how things happen in Begusarai.
