We operate out of Lohiya Nagar in the Begusarai district of Bihar. The office is located near Suhird Nagar, and it’s a place where Birendra Kumar and the rest of us spend our working hours. It is a fairly standard setup for this part of the country. We don’t have a flashy office building with a lobby or a receptionist. Instead, it’s a functional space where we handle financial paperwork and talk to local folks about their loans and accounts. The office is right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix, so you get all the typical sounds of a Bihar town outside. It’s dusty, noisy, and busy. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and a lot of ledgers and files. Life here is simple. We show up, we do the math, and we help people figure out their finances. There’s no corporate jargon or big promises here. We just deal with the reality of money and how it works for the people in our community. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a mess, and it slows everything down, but we still open up. It’s a grounded kind of job. We are just part of the local scenery in Lohiya Nagar, trying to be helpful and stay organized amidst all the daily hustle of the district.
