Little Millennium

Little Millennium is located on Rit Lal Singh Road in Begusarai. It is a place filled with a lot of small chairs and colorful drawings on the walls. We deal with the younger ones, so there is usually a lot of crying in the morning when parents leave. But by noon, they are usually running around and making a mess. The road outside can get a bit crowded during the market hours. We have to be careful when the kids are coming in and going out. Most of the staff here are local women who have their own kids. We talk about recipes or local events during our short breaks. The building is not huge, but it is enough for what we do. We have a small area for playing where the swings are. Begusarai can be quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the plastic toys. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We see the same faces every day. The neighbors know us and sometimes stop by to chat. We do not have fancy gadgets, just some blocks, books, and plenty of patience. When it rains, the water pools a bit near the entrance, and we have to put out bricks for people to step on. It is just the way things go here. We like the simple routine and seeing the kids learn how to share.
