Gupta Food Product

We've been at Ganj Bazar for a while now. It's in the Toner Industrial Area, right near the Seeta Flower Mill. If you know the area, it's pretty busy with all the trucks coming and going from the post office at Kabir Chak. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the work done. The facility isn't fancy, just a regular place where we make the food products. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or take a cycle in. Sometimes the dust from the mill gets everywhere but that's just how it is around here. We start early in the morning when it's still a bit quiet before the main traffic starts on the road. It’s a lot of manual work, checking bags and making sure the machines are running okay. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation, just a local spot making what we know how to make. People around here know us as the place down the lane from the flower mill. Usually, someone is always around if there’s a delivery, but we don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we have some fans going. We've stayed in this same spot because it's convenient for the transport. Not much has changed over the years, we just keep doing what we do. It’s not a fancy life.
