Felix Construction Private Limited is based out of Ramdiri in Begusarai, specifically over at Kundan Kumar’s place. Being in Ramdiri-III, we are pretty deep in the local area, so we know how things work around here. It isn't always easy running a construction business in this part of Bihar because the logistics can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track down trucks or talking to people about where to dump the sand. Our office is simple, just enough room for a desk and some files, because most of the real work happens outside on the ground. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk when we describe what we do. We just take on jobs, hire the local guys who know their way around a shovel, and try to get the work finished before the next big storm hits. Begusarai is a growing place and there is always something that needs fixing or building. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just deal with it. It’s about being there every day and making sure the bricks are laid straight.
