We are located in Barauni, specifically over in the Nipaniya area near Ward No. Astra Corporate Living Private Limited is run out of a place we share with Kameshwar Singh. It's a local setup in Begusarai. We focus on places for people to stay or live, especially those coming for work. This part of Bihar is quite industrial and busy with the refinery and all, so there is always someone looking for a spot to settle. We aren't a giant chain or anything like that. It’s more of a family-run feel. We spend a lot of time just making sure the rooms are okay and the bills are paid. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the water is slow, but we fix it as fast as we can. Living here in Begusarai means you have to be ready for anything. We started this because we saw folks struggling to find decent spots to stay when they moved here for jobs. It’s a straightforward business.
