Our place is located in Jarshontola, which is part of the Jarshon village area in Benipur. It’s a quiet spot, and we work right out of the village at Amrendar Kr. Jha’s residence. Amarajan Construction Private Limited isn't some big city firm with hundreds of offices. It’s just us working in the local block, trying to help people build what they need. We spend most of our time out on sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Construction in a place like Benipur involves knowing the land and the people. We handle the basic stuff, like getting materials delivered to sites that sometimes have narrow roads. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the rain makes the paths a bit difficult for the trucks. We’ve been around this village for a long time, so everyone knows where to find us if they have a project in mind. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just talking. We focus on the masonry, the foundations, and making sure the walls are straight. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The office part is mostly for keeping track of the bills and the labor schedules. We just want to do a decent job so the buildings last. There’s a lot of pride in seeing a structure go up in your own village. It takes time, but we get it done eventually.
