ABHAYESHMI CONSTRUCTION is located in Bachhwara, which is part of the Begusarai district. We operate out of Ajay Kumar Ray’s place near Maheshwar Ray Panch-Bachhawara. It’s a local setup, rooted deeply in this part of Bihar. We don’t go for the polished image that many big construction firms try to project. Instead, we are just a group of local guys who know our way around a construction site. Whether it’s hauling materials or laying out the grid for a new foundation, we do it all ourselves. The work is tough and the days are long, especially during the peak of summer here in Begusarai. We don’t use any promotional language or make big claims about being the leaders in the industry. We just build things—houses, small shops, or whatever else the locals need. Most of our time is spent talking to the laborers and making sure the trucks get through the local roads on time. It’s a practical business. We deal with real problems like rising material costs or bad weather, and we just find ways to get past them. We don’t have a website with fancy photos; our work is right there in the village for anyone to see. We just want to keep working steadily and building things that last for the long term.
