Our office is located at House Number 66 in Manewadi, which is part of the Kaij area. Being in Beed, specifically around Kalam and Amba, means we see a lot of the same faces every week. Yashgrowth Urban Nidhi Limited isn’t some massive operation; it’s basically just a few of us working out of this building to help locals with their small financial needs. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks dealing with the daily deposits and looking over the gold loan applications that come in. The roads around here can get a bit dusty in the summer, but the office stays cool enough. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception desk. It’s more about having a reliable place where people from the village can walk in and talk to someone they actually know. Sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit, but we find our way through it eventually. Living and working in Bid means we understand the local struggles and the good times too. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to make sure the people in Manewadi have a place to put their savings.
