Our office is located out in Nandurghat. That's part of the Kaij Taluka in Beed district. We operate out of Ashruba Namdev Jadhav’s place. Since it’s a rural area, things are a bit more relaxed than in the big cities. We focus on helping the local farmers and the people who run small shops in the village with their savings. Life here in Beed can be quite a struggle because of the weather, so having a place to put a little money aside is important for everyone. We don't have fancy computers or a big lobby with sofas. It’s just a practical room where we sit and talk to people about what they need. Some folks come in to save just a few rupees every week. Others might need a small loan for their farm or a family wedding. We know almost all the families around here, and they know us too. It’s more of a community effort than just a business. We keep all our records in big registers. Sometimes when it rains, the roads get really muddy and it’s hard to get around, but people still show up. We try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a quiet life here in Nandurghat. We are just doing our part to help the village stay on its feet. You won't hear any corporate talk from us, just plain words and honest dealings. That is how we like things.
