Salunke Hospitals

We are out on Beed Road in Majalgaon. Being on a main road like this means we get a lot of people stopping in who are just passing through, as well as the locals who live nearby. The hospital is a busy place, and there isn't much downtime most days. We have our wards and the outpatient area where people wait their turn. It is a simple building, nothing too modern or fancy, but it does the job for what we need. We spend a lot of time making sure the beds are changed and the medical supplies are stocked up. Sometimes the generator has to kick in when the power goes out, which happens now and then around here. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. It is not always quiet; there is usually someone calling out or the sound of carts being moved down the halls. I guess we try to keep the paperwork moving so people don't have to wait longer than necessary. Some days are harder than others when we have a lot of patients coming in all at once. We just take it one person at a time and do what we can. The staff eats their lunch in a small room in the back when they actually get a chance. It is a regular hospital life, keeping things running and making sure the doors stay open for whoever needs help on Beed Road. We just keep going until the work is done.
