You can find Ratan Agencies on the first floor of the Narayangadh Sankul building. We are located right opposite the Siddhivinayak Shopping Center on D.P. Road. Being up on the first floor means we are away from the direct noise of the street, though the traffic on D.P. Road still hums in the background all day. Our office is a basic setup with some old wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a very practical place where we handle orders and keep track of our inventory. We do not have a fancy lobby or a place for people to wait comfortably. If you stop by, you will likely see us surrounded by paperwork or checking boxes of stock. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to people we have known for years. We do not use any big words or try to act like a corporate firm. We are just a local agency doing our part in the supply chain. The office gets quite a lot of sun in the afternoon, so it can get a bit warm, but we just open the windows and keep moving. We have been in this spot for a long time, and we know the other business owners in the building. It is a quiet, steady kind of work that suits us just fine without needing any extra attention or flashy signs.
