Our place is out on Palwan Road in Ambika Nagar, which is part of Beed. It is a decent location for Pratibha Industries Limited. The road gets a bit busy with trucks and buses sometimes, but it is mostly alright. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks and some old metal filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days. We do not worry too much about how the place looks to outsiders. It is more about having a functional space where we can manage the work. We have a small courtyard in the back where we sometimes sit for a few minutes during the break. The air is a bit dusty because of the road, but we are used to it by now. We handle everything from here, mostly focused on the Mumbai connections. There isn't any big signage, just the address that people know. We have been part of this area for a while and the locals know who we are. We do not have any complicated rules or a big corporate manual. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We like being in Beed and having this spot as our base of operations. The days go by fast when you are busy with the daily routine.
