Phoenix Critical Care Centre

Phoenix Critical Care Centre is located on Subhash Road in the Gurukrupa building. This area is always buzzing with activity. We focus on critical care, which means things are often quite serious when people come through our doors. The building isn't new, but it works for what we need. We have set up the space to handle emergencies as they come in. Being on Subhash Road means we are easy to reach for people living in this part of the city. The staff here works long shifts. You will often see us grabbing a quick tea at the stall nearby during a break. We don't have a lot of time for formalities. When a patient arrives, we just get to work. It is a small center compared to the big hospitals, but we think that makes it easier for families to talk to us. We try to keep things clear and honest with everyone. The hallways are narrow and it can get crowded when there are a lot of visitors. We just manage the space as best as we can. Every day is different here. Some days are calm and we can catch up on paperwork. Other days are non-stop from morning till night. We have been on Subhash Road for a while now and we just keep doing what we do. There is no point in pretending to be something we are not.
