La Merlots Cakery Private Limited

This cakery is based out on Pangri Road in Beed. We are located at the house of Anil Haribhau Sutre. It’s a local setup, nothing too fancy. We spend most of our time around ovens and flour. Baking in a place like Beed can be a challenge when the weather gets really hot, as the icing starts to melt if you aren't quick. We do all sorts of cakes for birthdays and local celebrations. The kitchen is always smelling like vanilla or chocolate, which is nice, but the cleaning up afterwards is a lot of work. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It’s more of a personal operation where we take orders and get them ready for pickup. Sometimes we run out of specific ingredients and have to wait for the next supply truck to come in from the bigger cities. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We don't use any fancy machines; a lot of it is done by hand. The road outside can get dusty, so we keep the doors shut tight. People know us through their neighbors. We don't do any big promotions. If the cake is good, people come back, and that’s basically our whole plan. It's a simple life of baking and decorating here on Pangri Road. We just hope the power stays on for the ovens throughout the day.
