Krushisamruddhi Urban Nidhi Limited is based in the Beed district. Our actual physical location is at Plot No.1427 in Muktai Nagarchousala. It is part of the Tq. district area. We chose this spot because it’s where we can actually get work done without too many distractions. The neighborhood of Muktai Nagar is fairly quiet compared to the bigger city centers. We have a simple office set up on the plot. It’s not a huge building, just a practical space where we keep our files and sit at our desks. We spend a good portion of our day just managing the paperwork and talking among ourselves. Beed is a place with a lot of history and we are just another small business trying to keep things going here. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, sometimes very dry and hot, so we make sure the office stays as comfortable as possible for us. We don’t really use any fancy marketing tricks or big signs to get attention. Our name is on the door and that is usually enough for people to find us. We’ve been at Plot No.1427 for a bit now and it feels right for us. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people. We focus on the day to day stuff and don't worry too much about the rest. That is basically who we are and where we work.
