King Cold Drinks House

Jawahar Road is a busy stretch in Sailu, and that is where you will find us. King Cold Drinks House is located right near the Dakshinmukhi Hanuman Mandir. On hot days, this place is a bit of a lifesaver for people walking back from the temple or just heading home from work. We keep the fridges running all day long because nobody wants a warm soda. It is a simple setup, really. We have the crates stacked up and the cold cases in the front. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who visit the mandir regularly. You get to know people by what they drink. Some like the fizzy stuff, others just want cold water. Being near the Hanuman Mandir means we see a lot of families, especially on the weekends when it gets really packed. The dust from Jawahar Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we keep the shop as tidy as we can. We have been here for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much. Open up early, get the ice delivered if needed, and make sure the bottles are lined up. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the Sailu community. You don’t need much more than a cold drink and a bit of shade when the sun is beating down on the road.
