Kille Dharur Urban Nidhi Limited

Kille Dharur Urban Nidhi Limited is based in Dharur, over at 359. We operate out of Nitin Shivaji Shingare’s place, which most people in the area can find without much trouble. Dharur is a place with a lot of history, and you can see the old fort area from not too far away, which is where the Kille in our name comes from. Our office is very much a local affair. It’s not some sterile corporate space with air conditioning and glass partitions. It’s just a room with some sturdy furniture and a few filing cabinets. We handle the paperwork for the folks in town and the surrounding 431124 area. People stop by on their way to the market or after they finish work in the fields. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and start talking. We don't have any formal rules about how people should dress or act. We just want to get the business done and make sure everyone’s records are accurate. Sometimes the dog from next door wanders in, or we have to wait for the rain to stop before anyone can leave, but that’s just how it is here. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense setup where we treat everyone like the neighbors they are. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks that need doing.
