We operate Kaushalya Stone Crushers from Shital Niwas on Canal Road. We are right in the Canara Bank Colony area of Beed. It is a bit of a distance from the main city of Aurangabad, but this is where the work is. The office is near the Loksewamangal Karyalaya, so there are often weddings or events happening nearby, which makes the area pretty lively. Our day starts early. We deal with heavy machinery and a lot of raw stone. It’s a dusty business, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's mostly just a few of us sitting around a table making sure the orders are moving and the machines are running. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the drivers who come in and out. The Canal Road can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we're used to it. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We crush stones and sell them for building things. It is basic work, but it's important for the local construction. We know most of the people in the colony. It feels like a small community here. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can. It’s a simple life for us here in this part of Maharashtra.
