We are located in Umapur, specifically at house number 1965. It’s Munaf Sharif Shaikh’s place. Georai is the wider area, but we are right here in Beed. Kamgar Urban Multiple Nidhi Limited is what we call ourselves. It’s a basic office, nothing to write home about. We have some tables, a few chairs, and our ledger books. Most of our visitors are workers from the local area. They stop by after their shifts to put a little bit of money away. We keep it straightforward. No complicated talk or confusing forms. We just write down what needs to be written. The heat in Beed can be tough during the summer, but we stay open regardless. We’ve known most of the families here for years. It’s a community thing. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word just gets around. Usually, we start early in the morning before it gets too hot. By the time the sun is high, we’ve already done a lot of the heavy lifting. We like the quiet life here in Umapur.
