Our office is tucked away at Shri Narayan Maroti Panchal’s place in Wadgaon. If you know the Kaij area in Beed, it’s not hard to find us. We’ve set up Jaykranti Urban Nidhi Limited right here in the village. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big cities, but there is always someone coming by. Most of the time, we are just sitting at the table dealing with paper stacks. The walls are plain, and we have a few ceiling fans to keep the air moving during the hot Beed afternoons. Working in a place like Wadgaon means we know most of the faces that walk in. It’s not like a big bank in a skyscraper; it’s more like a room where neighbors come to settle their business. We handle a lot of small details every day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work by the window light. Narayan’s place is well-known around here, so people don’t get lost looking for us. We spend our hours recording entries and talking to folks from the taluka. It is a simple setup because that is all we really need to get the job done. There isn't much to say about the decor because it’s mostly just filing cabinets and ledgers. We just stay busy with the work at hand and try to keep things organized for everyone in the community.
