Down in Ambajogai, you can find us located at Sunil Navnath Maske’s place on Pokhari Road. The neighborhood is called Pandurang Nagar, and the house number we use is 377. It is a decent and quiet neighborhood, which is a nice change from the main market area of the town. Sunil is usually around the property, and the office is basically a front room that we’ve converted for our work. We have some simple wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait their turn. The road outside, Pokhari Road, sees a fair bit of traffic but it’s nothing too crazy. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for many years. They come in to put a little bit of money aside or just to ask about how the Nidhi rules work. We don't have any fancy posters or glossy marketing materials on the walls. It’s just the basic stuff you need to run an office. We spend a lot of time just talking to the folks who live in Ambajogai. Since we are based in a house, it doesn't feel like one of those cold corporate offices in the city. Sometimes the neighbors bring over some snacks or we share a cup of tea during the afternoon break. It makes the long workday go by a lot faster. We keep track of everything in our registers and on the small computer we have. It’s just about being reliable for the town.
