Hira Industries

Hira Industries is located at Plot No. 15 on Midc Road in Vipra Nagar. Being near the Hdfc Bank makes it easy for us to find, and it helps when we have to give directions to people. This is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving about. It’s not the prettiest place, but it’s where we do our work. Our plot is just a standard industrial space. We have some heavy equipment and a small office area that is usually covered in dust from the road. We try to keep it clean, but it's a losing battle. We’ve been here for several years now. The team is small, just a few guys who know what they are doing. We don't have a human resources department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. The work is physical and sometimes tiring. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just making things and making sure they get where they need to go. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't interested in being the top company in the world, we just want to keep the machines running and the bills paid. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Some days the heat in the workshop is a lot, but we just drink more water and keep at it. You just get used to the noise after a few days. It is what it is.
