We're located out on Court Road in Majalgaon, Beed. Our place is G13, right in the thick of things. Being in a place like Majalgaon means we know most of our neighbors. We handle food processing, which basically means we spend our days dealing with the machines and the raw materials that come in. It’s not glamorous work. Usually, the day starts with us opening up the shutters and seeing what needs to be processed first. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, which makes the work a bit harder, but we manage. We’ve got a routine that works. People around here know where we are if they need anything. We don't use complicated words or business jargon. We just talk about the work. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our job, we pay our bills, and we try to do right by the people we work with. It's just a local business trying to stay steady in a changing world. We don’t have a human resources department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk about it until it's fixed. Our equipment is a bit older, but we know how to fix it ourselves when it breaks down. That’s the thing about being in a place like Beed; you learn to be handy with tools. We don’t mind the long hours because it’s our own work. We take some pride in seeing the finished product leave the door. It’s not about being famous or anything, just about doing a decent job.
