Deshmukh Gawale Hospital

Deshmukh Gawale Hospital is located right across from the Old Bus Stand in Majalgaon. Because of where we are, it’s always loud with the sound of buses pulling in and out and conductors shouting destinations. It’s a very busy part of town, and we get people coming in from all the surrounding villages because the bus stops right there. The hospital building has been around for quite some time and it looks like it. It’s a solid place with heavy doors and tiled floors that have seen a lot of feet. We don’t have any of those modern glass walls or fancy art. The waiting area is often full of families who have traveled a long way to see us. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but on market days, it can get very crowded inside. There’s a lot of movement all day long, with nurses and doctors going between rooms and families sitting together. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people through the door; they come because they know the location and they know we are here. It’s a basic, functional hospital that serves the people of Majalgaon. We are just a group of people working in a building that’s seen a lot of history. There is no corporate polish here, just rooms, beds, and people getting the care they need.
