We are set up here in Anwa, which is part of the Bhokardan area in Jalna. Our office is located at Shree Milind Kaduba Salve’s place. It’s a quiet spot but people know where to find us when they need to talk about money matters. Most of the folks who come in are locals from around the village or nearby towns. We handle things pretty simply. There’s no big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and go through the paperwork. It gets busy on market days or when the farmers are done with their work for the day. We’ve been around for a bit now, helping out with small savings and loans. It’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks and making sure the ledgers are right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage to get the work done. If you're driving through Anwa, you might miss us if you're not looking, but most people just ask around for Milind Salve’s house and they get pointed in the right direction. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We don’t do big advertisements. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about what we do here. It works out fine for everyone involved. We just keep things moving one day at a time. We don't have a big corporate board or anything, just a few local people keeping things running.
