Ranashreepalace

Ajmeri Gate is always loud, and that is just how it is around here at Ranashreepalace. I have been spending most of my days inside these walls for years now. It is a bit of an old building, but it does the job for anyone stopping by. We get a lot of people walking past the front door since the gate is such a busy landmark in the city. Sometimes the traffic gets so bad you can hardly hear yourself think, but you get used to the honking and the shouting from the street vendors. The rooms aren't anything fancy like those big hotels you see on TV, but they are clean enough and the fans work. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the dusting because the road outside brings in so much dirt. My uncle started this place a long time ago and not much has changed since then. We have the same old furniture and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. If you come here, you will probably see me sitting near the entrance or fixing something that broke. People usually come for a night or two while they finish their work in the city. It is just a regular spot near Ajmeri Gate where things move fast outside and stay quiet enough inside. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things are okay.
