Neelkanth Pharma

If you have ever been near the roadways bus stand on Vijay Nagar Road, you might have walked right past Neelkanth Pharma. We are right there where all the buses pull in and out. It is a noisy spot with all the horns and people shouting, but it is good for business. People getting off the buses often realize they forgot something and pop in. I have been running this place with a couple of staff members for a few years now. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is mostly me deciding what to order and the guys putting it on the shelves. The shelves are wooden and a bit old now, but they hold everything just fine. Vijay Nagar Road is always under some kind of construction it feels like, so it gets dusty. We spend a lot of time wiping down the glass counters. We are not trying to be the biggest pharma company out there. We just want to make sure the locals and the travelers can find what they need. Sometimes we run out of something and have to call around the other shops to see who has it in stock. That is just part of being in this industry. It is a lot of phone calls and checking paper receipts. We do not have any fancy software, just a basic computer and a ledger. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night near the bus stand.
