Our place, Gokul Offset, is located in the K Sudama Complex, specifically plots 2, 3, and 11. We are just outside Chang Gate. It's a decent-sized space since we have those three plots together. We do offset printing, which means the big machines are usually running and making a lot of thumping noises. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the rhythm of it. We handle a lot of bulk orders for local schools and offices. The floor is usually covered in paper trimmings and the air smells like fresh ink. I spend most of my day making sure the colors look right on the plates. We’ve had these machines for years and they’ve been good to us. It’s a family-run thing, so you’ll often see my kids or my wife helping out with the binding or packing. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a reliable one where people can get their stuff printed without any drama. Sometimes we stay late when a big job comes in at the last minute. The lighting in the complex isn't the best in the evenings, so we have some extra lamps around our desks. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here near Chang Gate. We take things as they come and try to keep the customers happy. Most of the time it’s just us working through the stacks of paper until the job is finished.
