Amit Furniture Mart

Amit Furniture Mart is located over on Station Road in the Bdhaipara area of Raipur. We’ve been around for a long time, making and selling furniture for local homes. It’s a family-run kind of place, and you’ll usually find us covered in wood shavings or moving heavy cupboards around. We don't have those fancy showrooms like the big malls do. Our shop is more of a practical space where you can see the wood we use and how things are actually put together. We make beds, sofas, tables, and pretty much anything else someone might need for their house. Station Road is always buzzing with people and traffic, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes people come in with a sketch of something they saw online and ask if we can make it. We do our best to match what they want using the materials we have. It’s not always perfect, but it’s solid and it lasts, which is what matters most to the people around here. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our work comes from folks who bought a table from us ten years ago and now need something for their kids. We just keep our heads down and keep building. It’s noisy and dusty work, but there’s a lot of satisfaction in finishing a nice wardrobe and seeing it loaded onto a truck for delivery. That's how we've always done it.
