Supreme Group

Supreme Group is located at Plot No. 353 in Sector 3, Phase 2. This is part of the HSIDC area in Bawal, which is in the Rewari district. It’s a large industrial patch and we are right in the middle of it. Our plot has a big metal gate and a yard where the trucks park. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines running and the fans blowing. We have a lot of space, but it always feels full because of the materials we use. The commute to Bawal can be a bit long for some of us, but it’s where the work is. We start the shifts early and the place doesn't really get quiet until late at night. The office is at the front, and it's where we handle all the orders and the logistics for the day. It’s usually a bit messy with blueprints and tea cups scattered around. We don't really have any decorations on the walls, just a few calendars. The weather out here in Rewari gets very dry and the wind blows the sand into the shop floor all the time. We have to sweep it out every morning. It’s a tough environment, but we’ve got a good group of workers who know what they are doing. We don't spend much on marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the orders are ready when they should be.
