If you’re looking for Raj Buildcon, we are right behind the UGVCL office, across from Nilkanth Home. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which is actually kind of nice when we’re trying to concentrate on the numbers. Our team is small, mostly just people who have been doing this for years. We spend our days coordinating with the crews and making sure the supplies arrive on time, which is harder than it sounds. The office has a view of the street, and we see the neighbors coming and going from Nilkanth Home all the time. There’s always a stack of blueprints on the main table and probably a few empty tea cups nearby. We aren't much for fancy marketing or big presentations. We’d rather be out at the site making sure the foundation is poured right or checking the plumbing. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Sometimes the weather gets too hot and we have to slow things down, or the rain causes a headache with the mud. We just deal with those things as they come. It’s a straightforward business, really. We build stuff, we talk to the workers, and we try to keep things moving forward. Being tucked away behind the government office suits us just fine. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve got a good routine going now. We just focus on getting the current job done before moving to the next.
