Western Foods

Western Foods is a local business we run on Devi Wala Road over in Kotkapura. We have been here for a while now, serving the people in our small town with whatever they need from our kitchen or shelves. It’s a pretty simple operation that we started because we liked the idea of having a good food spot on this side of the road. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight when we have a delivery coming in at the same time as customers. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients or cleaning up after the morning rush. Devi Wala Road stays pretty busy with people traveling through, so we get a mix of regulars from nearby and folks just passing by who saw our sign. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who do everything from cooking to sweeping the floors. Sometimes we try a new recipe and it doesn't work out, so we just go back to what people like. We don't have any corporate training or big manuals to follow; we just do what feels right and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a quiet life in Kotkapura compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We just keep the stove going and the door open for whoever is hungry or needs a quick snack.
