Our shop is on New Court Road, right near the bus stand in Mansa. It’s a busy spot because of the buses and the people coming and going. Kuldeep Rai is the one who runs things here, following in the footsteps of Brij Lal. We are a small industrial outfit. We make and fix things for the local people and businesses. It’s noisy because of the machinery, and there’s always a smell of grease and metal in the air. We don't have a front desk or a waiting room. People just walk in through the main door and find us in the back working. Mansa is a small place compared to the big cities, so everyone knows each other. We’ve been at this location for years. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. Sometimes we stay late if a farmer needs a part fixed for his tractor or if a factory nearby has a breakdown. It’s hard work and your hands are always dirty. But it’s what we know how to do. We don’t have fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just get the tools out and get to it. That’s how we’ve always done it here. It’s a family kind of business and we keep things simple. No need for big talk when the work speaks for itself. We just do the jobs as they come in.
