You can find Ub Engg. Ltd over at H No 650 in the Thermal Colony. We are based in Lehra Mohabat, which is near Bhatinda in Punjab. Being in the Thermal Colony means we are right in the middle of a very specific community. Most people here are connected to the power plant in one way or another. Our office is just a regular house that we’ve converted for our engineering work. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place with desks and files. We like the neighborhood because it’s convenient for the projects we handle. Bhatinda is a big hub, but out here in Lehra Mohabat, it feels a bit more like a small town. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. Our staff is mostly from around the area, so we understand how things work in this part of Punjab. The winters get really cold and the summers are quite hot, but that’s just how it goes. We keep our operations pretty basic. No need for complicated systems when a bit of hard work and clear communication does the job. It's a modest setup but it suits our needs perfectly.
