Timsy Garg Architect

Our office is located at 176, Modal Towen, Phase-II, in the Urban Estate. It’s a nice area, fairly quiet most of the time which is good for focusing on drawings. Timsy Garg Architect is basically a small operation. We focus on local projects around the estate and the surrounding parts of town. Most of our work is about helping people figure out how to build their homes or renovate what they already have. We don't have a big staff, so we end up doing a bit of everything ourselves. One minute we might be drawing a window detail, and the next we are talking to a plumber about a pipe layout. That is just how a small architecture practice works. We try to be sensible about our designs. There is no point in drawing something that is too expensive or impossible to build. We spend a lot of time checking local regulations and making sure everything is by the book. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done. We’ve been in Modal Towen for a while and have seen many houses go up. It’s a good feeling to walk down the street and see a building that started as a messy sketch on our desk. We just keep things honest and work hard on every project that comes through the door. It’s just how we operate, and we plan to keep doing it this way as long as people need houses built.
