The location is quite central, so there’s always people moving about outside. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. It’s more of a practical space where we can focus on our engineering tasks. Our days are filled with looking at blueprints and coordinating with different people. Kotkapura is a good place to be based; it has a real local feel to it. We don’t really use fancy words to describe what we do. We’re just engineers and consultants trying to get the job done right. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and people know they can find us opposite Geeta Bhawan. We keep our doors open and our heads down. It’s a straightforward way of working, focusing on the details of the projects we have in front of us. No big speeches, just everyday work in the heart of the bazaar area. We just want to finish our tasks and go home to our families.
