About Taranveer Singh Photography – Photography in Bathinda
It is just me and a couple of cameras here at the studio near 100 Feet Road. I have been in this same spot for a while now. Most days I am just charging up batteries or cleaning off lenses because the dust from the main road outside gets in everywhere. People walk in wondering if I can do a quick passport photo or maybe something for their kid’s birthday party. I usually have a few lights set up in the back corner, but it is a small space. The walls are covered in some older prints I did years ago that I never got around to changing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to that after a few weeks. I spend a lot of time sitting at the desk looking at a computer screen, trying to get the colors to look right on a photo. It is not always easy work, and sometimes my back hurts from leaning over the tripod so much, but it is what I do. I usually open up a bit late in the morning because the commute takes forever. There is a small tea stall a few doors down where I go when things get quiet in the afternoon. I do not have a big staff or anything fancy here. Just some tripods, a few backdrops that have seen better days, and a computer that hums too loud when it is hot. If you are looking for the place, just look for the sign near the big turn.
