Our office is at 702 Model Town Phase 1. It is a decent spot to be in because Model Town is a well-known part of the city. We have been operating Southpwr Export Services Pvt. Ltd. from this address for a while now. The building is easy to find if you know the phase layout. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. It is not one of those big glass buildings you see in the city center. It is more of a local setup. There are trees along the road and the neighborhood is relatively calm compared to the main market areas. We usually have the doors open in the morning to let some air in. The staff here has a routine that works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we manage the export side of things. Phase 1 is a good location because it is accessible for everyone who works here.
