My name is Satpal and I run this small accounting place on Raman Road in Bhatinda. We are right by Sangat Wala Adda, in the Talwandi Saboo area. It’s not a big fancy office, just a few desks and a lot of paper. I’ve been doing this for years now. People around here know me. I handle the books for local shops and farmers too. It gets really busy during the tax months, and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the files stacked up. I try to keep things simple for everyone. The traffic outside on Raman Road can be quite loud in the afternoons, but you get used to it. I usually have a cup of tea ready for whoever walks in. It’s just me and a couple of helpers. We don’t use any big software systems, just the basics that get the job done right. I’ve lived in Bhatinda my whole life, so I know how things work here. Sometimes I stay late to finish up the ledger entries. It’s honest work and it keeps me busy. If you’re looking for the place, look for the old blue door near the corner. It’s nothing special to look at, but we are here every day except Sundays. I guess that’s about it for who we are. Just a local spot doing the numbers.
