Raju Chicken Center

We are located out by Bhatinda Cantt. Our shop is right in front of the Truck Union in Bhucho Mandi. It is a very industrial and busy area with a lot of big trucks moving in and out all the time. Raju Chicken Center is a small spot where we mostly deal with the drivers and the local workers. The dust from the road is a constant thing, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s 151004 for the postal code. Being near the truck union means we see a lot of people who are far from home. We don't have fancy seating, just some basic chairs and tables for whoever needs them. The winters here in Bhatinda get very cold, so we usually have a small heater going if we can. In the summer, it's the opposite and we just keep the fans on. We focus on chicken because that’s what people want around here. It is a simple life and a simple business. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. You just show up and see what we've got ready. Most people know us because they work at the mandi or they are driving through the Cantt. It's a rough and ready kind of place, but it's our shop and we've been here for years. We keep the place open until the truck union slows down for the night.
