If you head down Bibi Wala Road and turn into Street No 3, you’ll find us. We go by Physiotherapy Anmd Rehab Clinic. Yes, the name on the paperwork has that little typo, but we just stuck with it. It’s a local place. Most of the people coming in are from the nearby houses. We’ve been in this specific spot for a good while. The street is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but people manage. We keep the clinic clean and functional. There’s a desk right as you walk in where we keep the folders and the phone. It rings quite a bit during the day. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine well. The walls are a plain color, nothing fancy. We have the usual stuff like exercise balls and mats laid out in the back area. It feels more like a workshop than a hospital, which I think people appreciate. It makes them feel less nervous. We drink a lot of tea between appointments. Sometimes the neighbor's dog sits outside the door. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. Street No 3 is a decent location for us since it’s close to the main road but away from the worst of the dust. It's been our home for a long time now.
