You can find us on Amritsar Road, right in the heart of Bhatinda City. We’re tucked behind the bus stand and fairly close to the Metro Hostel. It’s a busy spot, so there is always a lot of noise from the buses coming and going at all hours. We’ve been operating from this location for several years now. Usually, the office stays a bit dusty from all the traffic on the road outside, but we try to sweep it out every morning before we start. My cousin and I handle most of the bookings ourselves. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us and a handful of drivers we trust to do a good job. People often stop by after getting off the bus, looking for a local car to take them the rest of the way to their homes. We keep some cold water in a clay pot for anyone who comes in feeling tired from their journey. The cars are parked in a lot nearby. Some are older models, but we make sure the engines are kept in good shape. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three people show up at once wanting the same driver. We eventually sort it out with a bit of talking and some hot tea. It’s not a polished business, just a regular travel shop for regular people. We know the shortcuts around the city that help avoid the worst traffic jams during peak hours.
