We are based over in Sangam Tower on Bibi Wala Road, right across from the Dhillon Gym. It gets pretty loud and busy around here, especially when there's a big wedding season coming up. We spend most of our time looking at food menus and checking on the kitchen inventory. The office is on the 40 Ft Road side of the building. It’s a lot of phone calls and making sure the staff knows exactly where to go. Planning a wedding is just a giant stack of lists and notes. We have papers everywhere on the desks. Sometimes we forget to eat ourselves because we are so busy making sure food is ready for five hundred people at once. The tower is easy to spot from the main road. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. It’s not a fancy office, just where we keep the supplies and meet with families to talk about their events. People usually come in looking pretty stressed, and we just sit down and talk through the dates. We handle the plates, the decor, and all those little details. It’s a messy job sometimes, getting everything loaded into the trucks to get to the venue on time. But it's what we do for a living. The kitchen stays hot all day long. We work almost every weekend. If you walk past the gym, you’ll see our small sign by the entrance. We don't have a big corporate team, just local people who know how to work hard.
