Our shop, number 22286, is on Dhobiana Road, right where it meets Power House Road here in Bhatinda. We are very close to Dashmesh Public School, so every morning we see the kids heading to class and the parents dropping them off. It makes the whole neighborhood feel very alive. We have been running this tour and travel business for a while now. It’s mostly about coordinating the small fleet of vehicles we have and making sure the drivers are ready to go. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the incense we burn every morning for luck. We have a desk, a couple of plastic chairs, and a map of the state pinned to the wall. We don't use any fancy software to track where our cars are. We just remember or give the drivers a quick call on their mobiles. It’s a practical way of working that suits us just fine. Sometimes the road outside gets very busy, especially when the school lets out, and we just sit and wait for the traffic to clear for a bit. People in the area know us well. They come by to ask about trip prices or just to say hello and share some news. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just keep our doors open and try to be helpful whenever we can. It's a simple life.
