You can find us on Street Number 2 in Panchvati Nagar, which is quite close to the City Mall here in Bathinda. Being in this part of Punjab is good for us because it’s easy for people to locate. Our office is just a regular building on a regular street. We don't have a big lobby or fancy decorations. It’s mostly just a place where we sit down and get our daily tasks done. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking on the phone to get things sorted out. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. We aren't into big corporate speeches or trying to sound more important than we are. We’re just a group of people working together to keep the business running smoothly. Sometimes we step out for a quick bite near the mall, but mostly we are right here at our desks. The work can be a bit repetitive at times, but we take pride in doing it correctly. We’ve been at this spot long enough that the local residents recognize us. We like the simple approach to things—showing up on time, doing the job, and keeping things honest. There’s no need for anything more complicated than that in our opinion. It works for us and it works for the people we deal with. We focus on the details that actually matter instead of the shiny stuff.
