King Industries

King Industries is situated on Ajit Road Main, right in the Malviya Industrial Area. One of the main things you notice here is being so near the airport. You can see the planes taking off and landing throughout the day, and the sound is something you just get used to after a while. The industrial area is full of warehouses and workshops, and ours is just one of many on this stretch of Ajit Road. It is a practical location because the roads are wide enough for the bigger vehicles that come through. Our building is a big, functional structure with high ceilings and heavy doors. We don't have a lot of decorations or anything like that. It’s a place for work, so there is usually a lot of dust and the smell of machinery in the air. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The sun can get really hot on the metal roof during the peak of summer, so we keep the big fans running all day long. Malviya Industrial Area isn't exactly a pretty place, but it is where things get done. We know our neighbors in the nearby units and we occasionally borrow tools from each other. It’s a hard-working atmosphere and that suits us just fine. We have been here for years and the location works well for getting things in and out.
